Is mango and crab sushi really authentic Japanese cookery?
When a British conveyor-belt sushi chain featured on Japanese television, it soon began to trend online.
The reason? A screenshot mango and crab “inside-out” sushi roll, shown alongside a screenshot of the marketing manager claiming that the sushi chain served “authentic Japanese food”.
Unsurprisingly, 2ch netizens were quick to mock this very British foray into sushi.
